- SIPPIN is a hydration tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Daily water intake recommendations are general estimates and may not be suitable for everyone. Individual hydration needs vary based on health conditions, climate, physical activity, and other factors.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalized hydration advice, especially if you have kidney issues, heart conditions, or are pregnant/nursing.
- Do not disregard professional medical advice because of any information or reminders provided by the App.
4. User Accounts and Data
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You retain full ownership of all water intake logs, custom goals, and hydration data you create.
- Data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to secure, encrypted cloud storage.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App's source code
- Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
- Upload, post, or transmit content that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, or violates others' rights

6. Responsibility & Safety

7. User-Generated Content
- You retain full intellectual property ownership of water intake logs, custom reminders, and any notes you create.
- You grant SIPPIN a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content solely to provide the service (including sharing features you initiate).
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to others.
8. Subscriptions & Payments (if applicable)
- Some premium features (e.g., advanced statistics, expanded sharing, custom reminder sounds) may require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- All payments are processed through Google Play Store; refunds follow Google Play Store policies.

9. Intellectual Property
